This is a delightfully refreshing and spicy beverage.
Serves 2
Ingredients
3 cups of filtered water
2 Tbs cinnamon
2 Tbs cardamom
2 Tbs coriander
2 Tbs ginger
4 fresh peaches (pitted and juiced with 1 cup water)
2 mint leaves
Method
1. Boil spices in filtered water gently for 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, juice the peaches and dilute with water.
3. Mix cooled chai tea with peach juice. Serve chilled with a sprig of mint.

It sounds delicious, but the ginger would make it a “warming” drink which doesn’t make sense during summer.
Thank you for comment. Yes, warming spices are traditionally paralleled with the cooler months, but can be health supportive all times of the year.
